Please allow 2-3 business days for your payment to clear once your payment has been cleared your product will be shipped. Once your product has been shipped you will receive a tracking number please allow 3-5 business days for your product to ship. We are not responsible for lost packages and weekends does not count as business days! Thank you for your continued support.

If you do a no call no show for the first time you will have to pay the full service amount before booking
If you do two no call no shows you will be blocked from the website and will not be able to book again

NO EXTRA guest allowed unless they have an appointment !
*MUST come with hair stretched or blown out. it’s $10 extra if it isn’t !
Deposit Fee $25 . It goes toward your total ! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Late Fee -$ 15
Cancellation Fee- $35
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment a extra $15 will be added to your service
IF YOU CANCEL 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $35
